On May 27th, the 1975 alumni of the River Department (now the School of Water Resources and Hydropower) at Hohai University returned to their alma mater after nearly 50 years of absence to carry out a themed return to school activity called Love for the River and Sea, Passing on the Torch. Lou Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, Wang Yuan, Dean, and representatives of teachers and students warmly welcomed alumni, recalling the turbulent years together and recounting the new chapter of development.
