Recently, at the 41st World Hydraulic Congress held in Singapore, the International Association of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (IAHR) solemnly announced the list of winners for the 24th Harold Jan Schoemaker Award. Professor Yuan Saiyu from our university has won this honor for his outstanding research in the field of water network system dynamics, becoming the first Chinese scientist to receive the award in 45 years since its establishment.
