主要成果
教授、博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划入选者,水电英才奖获得者,江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师。现任河海大学水利水电学院副院长、智慧水利系系主任、中国水利学会水力学专委会委员、江苏省水力发电工程学会理事。
主持江苏省教育教学改革项目1项,获得全国水利类青年教师讲课竞赛特等奖1项、河海大学教学成果特等奖1项。指导学生获得江苏省优秀硕士论文、全国高等学校水利类专业优秀研究生学位论文、“挑战杯”江苏省银奖、“互联网+”江苏省二等奖等多项荣誉。主持国家自然科学基金2项、江苏省自然科学基金1项以及多项国家重大水利水电工程科研项目,在Energy、Renewable Energy、Physics of Fluids、Applied Thermal Engineering、Journal of Hydraulic Engineering、Journal of Hydraulic Research、水利学报、水力发电学报等行业权威期刊发表学术论文100余篇(第一/通讯作者SCI论文52篇),授权发明专利20余项,登记软件著作权10余项,参编标准2部,担任多个期刊编委。与佐治亚理工、南卡罗来纳大学、奥本大学、阿尔伯塔大学、佩鲁贾大学、南洋理工、挪威科技大学、马德里理工等国外多个研究团队建立了长期合作关系。
研究成果在白鹤滩水电站、南水北调、锦屏二级水电站、长龙山抽水蓄能电站、盐城新水源地及引水工程等国内外多座大型水利水电工程中得到了成功应用,解决了工程中复杂过渡过程精细化仿真与控制难题,为工程建设和安全运行奠定了坚实基础,产生了显著的社会经济效益。先后获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步一等奖5项。
